I have contacted Hess Kennedy to terminate services and am still being drafted. I also indicated that I have consulted an attorney and unless I am provided wtih proof that any work had been done on my case prior to that notice, I want a refund of the one months payment prior to that. I have documented my many unanswered emails and phone call attempts. I will be contesting the charges with my bank today. Tell me what information you need from me to assist me with this.

I have gone through my CC and found out that a debt that this company is trying to collect from me is from 1999, with no activity since. Well past the SOL , what should my next step be?

Hi. I'm new to the forum. I am in over my head and drowning in PDLs. I am not yet in default, but headed that way within the next two weeks as work is slow. Can anyone tell me what I can do before it gets in default in the State of Wisconsin? Does any company at all accept PDLs to consolidate? Am I in the doghouse because of this: Wisconsin is one of only two states that permit payday lending by licensed lenders with no restrictions on loan terms and cost, according to a recent report issued by CFA.

American Debt Foundation is regulated by F.S. 817. If you think that they are not complying, contact a local Florida attorney. I have heard nothing but great things about this company and if I did not file for Bankruptcy, I would have used them. Quote:

Debt incurred over the last 3 years

Hello, I"ve incurred debt over the last 3 years. I haven't been in the best financial situation because of putting myself through school and all that goes along with that. In any case...i'd like to clear up my credit record as soon as possible. To my calculations in total back debt I owe 15,900. This include last semester tuition, car payoff due to repossesion, credit cards, and utility (electric & Gas). The two most important and expensive debts i have are the tuition and the car payoff, both at about 6000 each.
