2 auto loans $11,000 and $15,000 nextel bill $4,000 doctor bill $900 fitness USA $400 and possibly more i am not sure.

I am trying to pay off my credit cards, and its not working. I owe to much money and can't get out of debt..

I defaulted on pdls as of August 31. I live in NC. So far GWFin considered my PLD paid in full. Paychecknow settle for $60, CRI settled for $75. I haven't heard from many of the PDLs. 500FastCash,USA Payday, FSM, United Cash loans, and Arrowhead, hasn't responded. Instant Cash Till Payday and Rio Resources would not considered the loan paid in full. I don't know what they will do. Anyone else from NC have experience with PDLS.

My husband's brother owed his university some loan money about 10 years ago. My husband's brother lived with us for a short period of time after college, then went to Japan to live forever. He will never come back to the states. allied interstate has called us over & over again for many, many years requesting to talk to my husband's brother. We have told them he is in Japan, I even gave them his Japanese phone # & his email. Allied STILL calls here!!! Last year my husband, 43, was diagnosed with cancer in his neck and we spent 11 months struggling to keep him alive.

I pulled my credit report the other day and see an adverse entry from Penn Credit Corp collection agency w/ the priginal debtor being The City of Dalls. I am stunned and have no idea what it is about. I lived in Dalls from 1997 until Nove 2000 btu can't recall any bill from them that I didn't apy and have never received any correspondence form them concerning the bill. So I make a call to Penn.
