Have anyone heard of Credit Soluitions and Rescue Debts? Any experiences with them? Good or bad. Thanks, Max.

I was recently scammed out of $1935 by a company called loan source 1. Anyone ever heard of them?

Has anyone ever heard of them or dealt with them? I am assuming they are a fraud.

Hi all, I am a new member here and have some questions regarding credit consolidation. I am considering consolidation because I have about 30k in various credit card debts. While I can make on-time payments but I am really tire of not knowing exactly when I will be able to finish repaying the debts. I have also considered debt settlement but I am not sure if it's right for my situation.

It's nice to see that there are others out there with my same problems and people are actually willing to help!! :lol: My question is......i was recently scammed out of $2000 by an internet company that I had applied for a Personal loan from. I know I won't see that money and my mom in law is getting us back on our feet! :) What I want to get out of now are some payday loans that started out as 1 and are now 5 that total up to $2000 + the fees.

Hi, My name is Krista. Me and my husband both were working, but still some how found ourselves in debt with pay day loan companys. It seemed like the only option at the time. Then after trying for over a year, finally got pregnant with my first child. There were complications, and in fear of losing the baby had to quit my job. :cry: All together we have Eight Pay Day Loans totaling $ 2,210 Dollars. Four finance company loans totaling about $1,500 dollars. All together they are $3,710 dollars. I feel so stuck and confused, we just don't know how to get away from it.

I just received a letter in the mail from Sonic Payday, sorry there was no return address on it. Anyhow after I sent them the letter about in violation of Texas law and withdrawing the wage garnishment and a few other things. The letter states " We acknowledge receipt of your complaint dated 09/07/06. Please be advised that we have ceased all collections activity while we investigate the matter." Anyhow just thought I would pass this along.
