help I have a snd on my home that is in defult and i need help on how to get this company lets call them hsbc to work with me. they tell me all the time they are going to take my home after i brought and fought to get the 1st out of forclorsure. so there is no way I am giving up know. so help how do i get these companys to work????? there is got to be a way. i mean there is a lot of money in this that they would lose... a lot....please advice????

have any one dealt with NFCU. I am almost 60 day past days due on two loans with them. I have been trying to make payment arragements with them and I don't get paid till 8/22 my payment is due on 8/20. they told me today they are going to garinish my husband wages if no payments is made by 12:00 on the 8/20.... What am I to do. I can't make the min due so I asked to make a lower payment. they told me NO. Point I am going to make a payment on 8/22. But they are going to garnish his wages since I can't make it when they tell me to. What to due? Any one that can help? any ideas?

I have three Chase Bank cards, balance about $55,000. I have been negotiating with them and they have offered to take 50%, however I can't get a loan. Is there any way to settle for less? These accounts will charge off in 2 wks. Thanks!

They did a piece on the local news the other night on the safety of cell phone info. It seem that when you turn in your old phone,donate it ,etc.,you think you have erased all the info.So these news people bought "old" cell phones from around the states to see if everything really was erased,seems it isn't. It's like your computer hard drive,I guess.They were able to pull up all sorts of stuff on these various phones. Their suggestion was to take it to your local authorized cell phone place and have them erase it all.
