Just got a call. (At work no less. But I already told our receptionist what's going on.) They want to be paid the $200.00 principal to close the loan. Unfortunately, (for them that is), this is one of the ones that I've paid far in excess of the $200.00 principal. I told the woman I was at work and couldn't talk about it right now (which was true). If they want to play hardball, I'll play hardball back and report them to my state's Office of Financial Institutions just like Amy did. Thanks for your awesome support. Rick

I am gathering Princeton Harris PD6Ventures/express cash - The loan shop is M1YDirect? I received an e-mail of refusal to apy from PD6Ventures/express cash I e-mailed them back asking who they were and/or who they represent and they said M1Ydirect is this a collection agency or is this just the company under a different name? I did e-mail, fax and mail them a letter which they just ignored and now they are sending threatning e-mails should I send them a debt varification letter?

This may be a really stupid question, but does anyone know what the absolute worst scenario is if you do not pay something that has gone to collection? Any information would be very helpful. Thanks!

I'm in a situation where I owe 8 different payday loans out on Sept 22. Up until this point I have been rolling them over every 2 weeks. But I just lost my job and I'm not going to be able to pay anything this time. My question is could I face jail time when these 8 different checks bounce. And what should I do to help myself in this situation.

First thank you for this site! I just found out that a company called Northway Debit debited my account for two payments of $410. After looking at the other posts on this site I noticed that it is the same name as Sonic Pay Day. I am furious, I had other checks coming through my account that will all be returned not to mention other debits. I don't know what to do! I called my bank and they suggested closing the account but what do I do with the other checks that are supposed to clear that I barley had enough money to cover in the first place?

I have had such bad experiences in the past with debt management companies in the past. I never saw where m money was actually paid to the account like it was supposed to have been applied. I just want to find a good legitament co so that I can finally get this debt paid off and have extra money to enjoy life better and have fun with my kids.

I have seen people asking the same question repeatedly. There are 100 threads in the forums asking for feedback about T&C, Superior Debt Service, HK, allied interstate, LVNV Funding......Still people ask questions about them, because they cannot find it out.

Is anyone having any luck consolidating their PDL's with T & C?
