Yeah.....Looks like Plaza is at it yet! Set them a DV letter on March 25, 2006. Never did get validation from them. But yet, they decided to send yet another settlement offer, without bothering to validate their claim. Would another letter be in order? Or would that be asking to much of them?? Or is legal action of any sort a possibility? If so, what? Because they're still attempting to collect on an UNvalidated claim. As always, information is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi everyone, Im a newbie here and I am in some serious need of help! I guess you guys hear this alot, but growing up, no one ever taught me about my credit. Now, Im 23, about to graduate, and have horrible credit....due to 2 credit cards that equal about 1200 in debt...various other credit obligations that total about $500...Student loans...(32000)...and a car payment. My goal is to clear all my debt up, so my credit score can get better. Im in school...(final year) and have a goal to join the foreign service...but I can not get it without a good credit history.

I jumped in to too much at one time then i got arrested and it screwed everything and with me being so young and new to all this credit and debt i have to find a way to get out or i'm going to lose the place where i live, my truck and anything to do with my credit will be screwed
