For the illegal PDL, I am working with OVLG for debt settlement not loan consolidation. Is this legal?

what do you do if company wont give thier address so I can send letter

I'm so stressed about my debt. I so want to pay it off I'm 58 I make under 30.000 a year I have creditors calling all the time I'm afraid to answer the phone. Is there any hope for me?

I've been reading through some of the threads and noticed one of the threads about Western Sky/Cash Call. Is this loan considered illegal even though technically it isn't a pdl? I have a loan that originated through Western Sky but they turned it over to Cash Call. I'm not entirely sure if the loan was originally with Western Sky because I never paid them but paid CC. I did initially make the loan through Western Sky. I am from Virginia and have paid about 500 dollars more than the principal so far (I've never gotten behind).

I myself having a terrible time with united cash loan.they have blocked my acct and I have been emailing them and faxed them the complaint thatni have sent to attorney general. Please email me of what else to do and what is the outcome. Very frustrated withnthem.

Took out a payday loan from Payday Max. Was a very good customer of theirs and never had any problems with the numerous loans i had previously. I had taken out a loan for 300.00 and due to certain personal circumstances I was forced to close out the account I had the ACH debited from. I think one payment was made and the loan extended. this was about 2 years ago. Ive never received any calls or contact from them until recently from a collection agency. It honestly slipped my mind. Now the collection agency is saying I owe approx 1600.00.

I had a payday loan from impact cash over four years ago and paid it in full. Just yesterday I get a call from a collection company offering a settlement so I don't end up going to court for thousands. Almost five years later and now they want to be paid again? They basically said the receipts I have are not acceptable and that the only receipt they would accept is a receipt saying paid in full from impact cash. What should I say to them? Not paying it twice.

4 Seasons Cash called me (and my brother) about a pdl from last year. I'm from Virginia so I think this may be an illegal online pd loan? I don't remember taking out a loan from them but I could have. They actually left a voice message saying threatening that they were sending a police officer with a summons to court by the end of the day unless I made restitution (they left the same message on my brother's answering machine about me). They were very ugly in tone.
