I had joined up with the Christian Financial and ended up with these folks, I have been goiong round and round since June and I never get a return call or an update. In the meantime I keep getting calls from all the creditors that they have not received any inforation from them, so I try to call and can never get through, you go throught the menu and it sends you right back to the beginning. This has been the worst experience ever and need to look to get out of this.

These services are usually for people that are behind on paying their bills, I am not behind at all but I am breaking myself each pay in order to make these payments, Do I still qualify if I am not behind on my payments?

Ok, so I love working for Priceline. I've been with them for two months. So a few weeks back, the ops manager and I were chatting in the breakroom. Hey guys. I recently was contacted via mail from OSI collections about a bellsouth account. They are saying I owe over 1400 dollars. Thing is, the area I live in doesn't even have bellsouth or bellsouth dsl and I have no idea what they are talking about. I've looked around but I can't seem to find what I really am looking for...um...is there a sample validation letter around here somewhere that I can send this agency? Thanks so much.

I am currently dealing with I.C. System regarding a $183 medical bill that was turned over to them. I paid the amount off with my debit card, and the transaction was paid out to them according to my bank, and it was definitely deducted from my acct. Yet, I.C. System are saying that the payment was returned as NSF and are demanding payment. A debit transaction can't be returned as NSF, it either clears or is declined right then. My bank advised to print out a copy of my statement and send it to them showing that the amount was paid. If they still don't mark my acct.

I am a single mom with six children. So I had to take care of my children I was writing bad checks for food clothes, and things I needed to make it for daily living. Well I also had a habit of not paying for something like bills when they are 34 dollars. I would let them pile up on me. Well now I want to buy a house and a care but can\\\'t. I can\\\'t even get a good credit card. So now I need help, I just need to fix my credit so me and my family can start enjoying life. Instead of running from creditors. :roll:

I used to have fairly good money management skills. After paying off student loans within two years of getting out of school, my credit was top-notch. Then I got some high-limit credit cards when I was about 22...like everyone who gets their first credit card in the mail, you swear you'll "only use it for emergencies" or "only buy one thing with it, then pay it off right away". Pretty soon, like almost everyone I know, I was living off of those little pieces of plastic. I simply wasn't living in my means. In 2001, I enlisted in the Navy, which really made things hard.

I have just about $20,000 of old, annoying credit card debt. I make enough money to pay a considerable amount every month, I just need to pay one place with a better interest rate. Thanks!

2 credit cards totaling about $3000. I have money to pay them but I want those negative items removed completely or changed to something positive. Which of these are best or is there something better? Paid charged-off Account paid in full How do I push them for complete removal of negative item? If I tell them I won't pay unless they agree to remove it, can they sue me for refusing to pay the debt or extortion? I don't want to give them my checking account, I should arrange to send them a cashier's check?
