How should I respond to a letter from First National Collection on a very old debt that my daughter incurred? How can I find out if the debt was paid or this is a legitimate claim?

Hi All, I'm a newbie. Thank you in advance for anyone who can help me. I recently received a letter from Leading Edge Recovery Solutions in Chicago indicating they are willing to settle a debt of approximately $1600 for approximately $800. I sent a debt validation dispute letter (within 30 days of the collection letter) requesting they answer 8 questions (listed below).

How do I get an extension on my payday loan?

I live in Pennsylvania. I was contacted by a law office from New York stating a payday loan I had taken out with MY CASH NOW over 2 years ago was not paid and now i owe a total of $1500+ dollars. They had my prior banking information and stated that because the ACH authorization i gave them came back as NSF, they were going to be pressing charges against me in my state for writing a "bad check". They had my previous bank information but I had closed out that account due to some possible id theft issues.

I currently have 2 pay day loans and 1 storefront loan. I am looking to consolidate. I would love help and any suggestions as I am currently unemployed.

I paid off my loan (or so I thought) with the bank on my car in Oct 2011. I've been trying to get the title from them ever since. Each time I called I never got a strait answer. Now I know why. They sold my title to Allied. They showed up Friday 8/3/12 at 9:30 pm and took the car. I live in Michigan it was towed to Green Bay WI. I can't get anyone to help me with this. Do I have any rights at all???

My mom passed away and owed money on a home she Quit Claimed to me. Home was never foreclosed on but here it is 3 years later and Dyck O???Neal is trying to get me to settle and they will remove the lien. We had agreed to 10K now they are changing their minds and my question is do they even have foreclosure powers? The debt was in my late mother's name not mine. Seems like if they could foreclose they would have 2 or 3 years ago.
