my story is a little different of that of someone who is older, and who really could have a reason to be in debt. ME, on the other hand, had no reason, but besides going to school. even that... i supposedly had it taken care of. well, that eventually backfired, while i was in the moment of thinking i was somekind of millionaire... spending away... and.. well, you can imagine how that ended up. im a full-time student... and have a full-time job FOR MY SCHOOLING... and in debt about 5,000 dollars. my credit cards were maxed out... and the minimum payments were more than each paycheck.

I recently got of bankruptcy and got 3 credit cards vowing to behave myself with them so I could build my credit back up, however, I have found myself in debt again and the late fees and penalties keep piling on making it impossible for me to get my bills to budge.

right now i'm doing credit counceling but my main focus is allied interstate they claim that they don't accept credit counceling and they went on and saying that american express is going to sue me. but i talked to a rep from american express and he was saying that allied should take the payment if they don't he said sue them. and the people that does my credit counceling said that they mainly say that i have to pay in ful cause they get paid off commission so the more money they get the more they get paid so what should i do..

I have been reciving constant calls from Allied Interstats from an east coast office... I live in the mid west... does anyone have a web site to get contact info for allied interstate. Today I finally got sick of it and looked up Allied Interstate and filed a complaint with the local sheriffs office. I want to clear this up AND FAST!!!
