Well my husband and I have 4 payday loans out from the following internet companies Paydayonline, 500Fastcash, ICS, Arrowhead Investment. We live in Florida and have defaulted on all of the loans because of unforseen circumstances. I need these people to stop trying to debit my checking account. My bank Bank of America wont seem to help me. Our account is now overdrawn by $850.00 because they keep reposting the payements to the payday jerks, and charging us NSF fees. $455 dollars worth since 8/11/06.

Hi, Im 24 years old right now and for the past 6 or more years, I've been really careless when it comes to my bills and some spending. From post graduation until now, I've acumulated between a credit card and a computer purchase somewhere btween five to six thousand dollars and a student loan about two to three thousand dollars. I've tried paying them off one at time, but its just not gonna happen. I have two kids and a wife now and at some point in my life I'd like to purchase somehow a home, but fear it will never happen because of my credit.

How can you find out if loan companies are licensed? Somewhere I saw that cashtransfercenters is not a payday loan co?

I'm just curious if any new people have signed up this week with T & C ? I have called several times and it doesn't seem like any action has been taken on my account. Does anybody have a positive experience they can share with me on T & C ? Thanks

Man, have I been running around with these people. You all that know me, know of the situation, it has been going on for well over a year now. They did a 'charge off' on me, sent me to a collection Agency. I sent the collection agency three payments in a row. couldn't get them to talk to me, return my calls, or respond to my letters. They sent the account back over to wells fargo, only wells fargo states that they only received two of the three payments. I have proof they were paid. Two were money orders and one was a check. The payment that seems to be in question, was a money order payment.
