Are there programs that are not based on Home Equity Loans that can consolidate credit cards. I've got about 22,000.00 in credit card debt. I find that every month I can pay the minimum or a bit above that. What I need is a lower interest rate and one darn payment. I've had one late payment on a bank credit car but not even sure if that will show up on my credit. Other than that I'm clean as a whistle. I think there are a lot of people in my position and I'd like to know if there are options for me

Hello, I guess my problem starts when I was laid off from work a few months ago. I've been trying to find a job, but for some reason its difficult. I have unpaid credit card bills, student loan bills, and medical bills where my insurance failed to pay for some dental work and therapy. It's starting to get scary and I need some help so I can get this all under control.

This is the company that have wrost service ever and I'm been trying to make at least 1 payment so they could leave me alone but everytime I called the call get disconneted and everytime I'm trying to make a payment they don't take it out of my account can somebody tell me what can I do? What they doing are legal? :evil:

I am totally dreading the first week of September. I am going to be closing my checking acct. and reopening at another bank so all of the pdl companies can't get their hands on my 8/31 paycheck. I am working with CCCA to clear my pdl debt, but just started, so I'm certain they haven't contacted any of the pdls yet. I don't care if they send me hateful emails, it's the calls to work that I'm fearful of. We work in a small office where my co-workers can hear most of my conversations, and I also don't want one of these pdls discussing my personal business with co-workers. Any advice?

WEll it seems GECC will work with T & C in fact they said that T & C could name the dollar amount each month they didnt demand a certain dollar amount that shocks me, Mycashnow is sort of working with T & C except they called me today and they have not gotten a payment from T & C yet but that is cause I have trouble with the mail in that I sent T & C payment over night but they have the wrong zip code on the letterhead so it will come back to me and I have to wait to get it back in the mail to send it again or WEstern Union them the money what a night mare, I want this to work out for me and
