Hello, My name is Kim, I don't even know where to begin. I will start in the year 2001. My mother who was a transplant patient passed at age 59. I was the one who had to bury her pay funeral cost etc. My husband had just been laid off of his job of 7yrs as well. So needless to say the burial was a hardship but it was something that had to be done. Well 16 months later my grandmother passed and of course I had to do the same all over. We had no other family to turn to that could help as I help the Power of Attorney for my grandma. So did what I had to do.

This company has been taking money out my account for quite sometime, and they were then supposed to take out more to pay the loan off. It's been so-o-o long I don't even know how to get hold of them. I live in Indiana, anyone have any ideas? Need Help NOW!!!!!

My mom is on ssi & ssd. She got herself into a huge mess with payday loan companies both local and on-line. She has signed up with a credit management company called Hess Keneddy in FL. We are located in Oregon. The letters have gotten really threatening and she has had people from some of the places show up at her home. I need to know what to prepare for. What other steps can we take to proove she is trying to get out of this situation? These places make me sick everytime I pass one.I hate that they feed on people who have no where else to turn.

I am looking for a company to help with my credit. I am not sure of how it works or the best way to go about the problem. I am currently active duty navy and out to sea so I will not be able to call or talk over the phone until after the 5th of september

The money owed is no longer the issue. With that letter I have seperated it. I am now looking to see how I can deal with the offending phone calls that broke both fdcpa and local Texas laws.
