Please help!! I currently have 4 payday loans currently out. They froze my bank account because they all tried to collect the full amount on all of the loans. One in particular,BMG, called and said that I could not settle and they are out to punish me. I asked if I could pay the 305.00 I owed and they told me the only way I could settle out of court for $1640.00 Paid by noon that day. I told them that I couldn't afford that and I could only pay the 305.00.

I was laid of from a networking job and decided to be a trucker, the company said i would have to pay for the training i recieved if i quit and i did after a month or so. Now after 4 yrs i have a collection ageny calling me and i am ignoring them . any advice

What are the penalties for filling bankruptcy?

My mom has recently consolidated her debt and since it's kicking in, some creditors are still calling. It's now 2:07 pm Eastern time and this one number has called already 8 times today starting at around 8:15 Am. No one is ever there. When you answer, there is no reply and after a few "hellos?" it just goes to a busy signal. I'm mostly curious as to who this is that is so rude as to not answer ever because we know the calls will stop (about a week is what the consolidaters said).

I got a loan from Arrowhead Investments apparently, they took out a couple of refinance charges, when i tried to stop payment due to financial issues, i started recieving phone calls from a "legal"; company that threatened to have me thrown in jail if i do not pay them 580 by 4 pm. They told me to kiss my family goodbye. I tried to work out a payment plan with them and they refused. They even hung up on me twice. I havent recieved any paperwork in the mail or email and i am unsure of my legal rights.

Can someone tell me what the rules are in Nevada in regards to Payday Loans? I have 5 outstanding and don't seem to be able to get ahead. How do I go about getting rid of them? Please help! I am desperate.
