:?:I am making over 500.00 payments a month on 2 loans one payday and the other a title loan at Speedy Cash is there a way to make those payments less

I live in Missouri and have signed with a debt settlement company. My question is how often do the charge companies file suit when they are approached with a settlement. Also how often do the companies garnish your wages when cusotmer is using debt settlement. I questioned the company and they said that it rarely happens but I would like a second opinion. One charge card company has already called my son and I am getting very nervous that I have made a huge mistake. If anyone has gone thru this I would apprieciate your advice. Thanks

what are the laws concerning internet payday loans in pennsylvania. how can i found out if the companies i have loans with are licensed?

I contacted Capitol One (who supposedly had the account that LVNV has now) and they said that the account number in question was never opened in my name. What do I need to do to prove this and get LVNV out of my life?

M. Callahan and Associates contacted one of my relatives and really hounded them so I called M. Callahan and Associates, spoke to a person named Jim. The first time he hung up on me because I told him due to a medical condition I can't work per my doctor. I called back got Jim again and he said well it's not my problem go pick up soda cans or something. What is it with these people???? I felt like he was insinuating that I should go stand on the street corner or something??? He was very rude and hung up again!!!!!! What should I do???

I still feel that this company is a scam, no matter that they have Law Office behind thier name. When you owe ( or your ex-spouse ) in my case $500. on a credit card which only has his name on it and I have to pay it off because I am woeking and the CC was in 1999. Give me a break I paid $4500. dollars to them and they have a shabby office and very rude and cold people like Shannon working there . Because I was married to the man in 99 divorced in 2002 . I am accountable and they were going togarnishe my wages for something he let slid . Now wheres the justice in that ?????:confused::-x

My BK was discharged this past jan. Found out today that my mortgage never got reaffirmed even though my lawyer said it would be. My whole goal was to keep my house and build my score back up to hopefully refi in 2 yrs. So since my timely payments aren't being reported, how will a refi work if Bank of America isn't even on my credit report. I also have one credit card and not sure if this is enough to boost my score in 2 yrs time.

I am trying to get out from under these Pay Day Loans which I received online...AAA Pay Day Loans, 3B Payday Loans, LoanShop Online and Ace Cash Express...THey all want to "work" with you, but they all want an amount that I just cannot realistically pay...What do I do? I made all of them offers, but they want 5 times that amount...
