I am currently disputing an invalid account with SAM regarding T-Mobile and I am sending T-Mobile's corporate office an e-mail and would like to CC: SAM. Does anyone know the correct e-mail address I could use, making sure it would get to the right person?

I need to get rid of my debt and build up my credit. I dont have a real lot of debt but enough so I cant get a loan or credit cards.

Below is a nice email I received this morning from these wankers!! Please bear in mind that I have given them my acct. info. on 2 different occasions so I could settle my acct. with them. To date, I have paid $632 on a $200 loan. I know because they are based in the UK and have a set up address here that it's impossible to threaten with them conducting business illegally. I found a good letter to send, as I am about to attempt to start settling some accounts that have been in collection for awhile. I hope I can post the link here, becuase I have a somewhat specific question about it. ;) Do I send this letter as an INITIAL correspondence, and wait for them to send it back, signed by them, before I send any money? I've read to not call CAs on the phone because everything should be in writing, and send CMRR. Thanks, Jenna

I just recently graduated from college, where I was a scholarship athlete and got my first job and come to find out I have a credit score of 500! I have never had a cc and only use a debit card if I have to but mostly just carry cash! My parents taught me well that if you don't have the cash to buy it you don't need it. I have placed fraud alerts on my accouts and disputed all but have recieved no letters showing that I signed for the cards! Anyone with some advice please respond!

I had an account with National City bank. They did not tell me anything about a debt to them. They immediatly sent me to an a credit agency...you. If I pay at least $5 can for now, can I get you off my bad credit report.
