The only one that has responded was Route 66 and it was by email demanding payment and not to stick my head in the sand and ignore them. I emailed them back and also attached the letter that I faxed and mailed to them, which has been delivered. I have paid them over $700 in interest fees and I am done.

CashTransferCenters not licensed19 years 5 months ago Hi, I was talking to a friend about the whole payday loan thing and CTC (as they have been calling me non-stop since I defaulted on the loan a few weeks ago. My friend seems to think that since they are not licensed to do business in the state I reside (UT), that the contract was illegal. I did check w/the AG here in UT & CTC is definately no licensed under that name or any of the other names they go by. Any ideas on how I approach this next time CTC calls me? I want make payment arrangements which they claim is not an option.
I need help with Payday Loans!19 years 5 months ago Currently my husband and I have TEN payday loans that are killing us! WE cannot pay all the extensions fees ONLY (they say that none of these payments are going towards the principal balances)- it is more than $400 over the amount of my husband's paycheck.
