i hant to do things but my credit sucks and i need to fix it. i dont know the amount but i want it all gone and anything that is not mine off my report

Let me start by telling you I am really really sick..My chest hurts, I've been running a temp, and I am congested. So needless to say, I did not want to go into work this morning. I don't work weekends, but the hourly employees where I work had a ton of overtime this last week, and I had some serious paperwork to catch up on. So..I went in for an hour. My office has been smelling bad the past couple of days. We had some mice problems last week, and I figured one died in there. So on Thursday and Friday I searched for that dead mouse, and found nothing.

i owe about 14,000 and im moving out of the country, is it better to do a bankruptsy or a debt consolidation?

I'm 26, with a lot of debt. The majority of my debt are school loans that I am consolidating. I need help cleaning up the rest of the debt so that I can start repairing my credit score. I am in the beginning stages of a divorce, but there's no property involved. I have a 3 year old and I would love to purchase my own home/townhome with in 3 - 4 years. I just landed a very good job, that's regular and allot's me benefits.
