Is this Capital One, or a collection agency? I keep getting a call from this number, up to 10 times a day. I'm not answering, Superior Debt Services has advised me not to answer any calls that may be from my credit cards or collection agencies. C

im currently out of work an now the calls are really coming in. help me

Does it hurt your credit score to have numerous accounts even if they are all closed account with no negative history?

Hey everybody. I am so happy to be writing this to you with all my debt problems almost behind me!!! I have been a stalker :) forever and I am finally on my way to having my debt resolved. I started off with almost 75k because of a long a tiring divorce that left me pissed off and broke. What else is new, right? In any case, I had contacted a bunch of debt consolidation companies and even talked to a bankruptcy attorney.

Just as a little FYI for anybody interested in doing business with credit solutions of america. It's a long story that I will try to sum up. I signed up in May with a bit over ten grand in cc debt. Three accounts, one of which was Discover. Less than three weeks after I signed up, Discover had already turned my account over to collections (never having previously missed a payment, I'm still in awe at how quick Discover must have read the letter CS sends out and sold me out). Immediate lawsuit threats. CS tells me it's all smoke. Ok. Then I get a call at work. That freaks me out.
