ive been in debt for quite a while now.. it all started and still is goin on with payday loans... im in debt about 2000 dollars and due to the fact that their payday loans, they become repeated and im working full time making 15.50 and hour as a dental assistant and cannot just make money for myself... im looking into somehow getting a load to justpay off these horrible companies with such high percentages so that i can control my money to just a certain source... please reply if theres anything i can do to get outof this horrible depressing situation.

How often do collection agencies follow through and file lawsuits to collect debt?

Is it possible for the PDLs to get my new bank account information and start their ACH debits on that account? Has anyone had this happen?

Good day folks, I have roughly over 5000 in these cash loans. The interest is ridiculous as the interest for one of the loans is 96%. It seems like I can't afford to pay enough each month to pay down the principle. I also have around 6000 in credit card debt that I want to consolidate. My budget is so low and I really do need help. Any advise on the cash loans anybody? Minty

If it truly takes 4 months for this to get accomplished, aren't the creditors going to be hell-bent doing collections, ect????? I already pay all my bills, and have no collectors hounding me...I just want all my credit card debt on one account and paid off quicker with a substantial decrease in the overall debt; but if it means harrassing phonecalls and the like, I may go with a 'consolidation'....or should I?

After finishing my part timers in order to restart school I started using my saving too much. A little bit later I suffered a horrible depression episode which I am not fully recovered yet. As a result, I runed out of savings, but I kept on spending. Now I am around -4000 bucks. This is terrifying, and I appreciate any help you may provide. Thanks in advance. R. A. 40K in unsecured credit card debt, half of which is supporting the maintenance on my house(which is to be sold soon)and the other is materials' cost on my Dad's retirement cabin that he ran out of money for. DOH! Wish me luck.
