Can your group help with judgements or garnishments? I just got a notice and need some help, can you help?

I owe a debt of $1216.67 right now and I have NO money. My licence is suspended and I will be arrested if it isn't taken care of very soon. My total amount of debt in my name is $19667.85. Those bills consist of a car loan, personal loan, 2 credit cards, a Dell computer, a bank account in serious overdraft, a hospital bill in collections, hwy tickets, and a collection from Progressive Insurance. Please help me! I have nowhere to turn and I do not know what to do besided file for bankruptsy!!! :cry:

I got a phone call actually Monday from them as I had to default on the PDL, I am adding them to my T & C but at the current time had not been able to do that, But I got a call from them Monday and they are the RUDEST I have ever, I explained that I could not make the full payment and needed to work something out to pay them back as I dont have a bank account any longer, Well they called me back today and left me the message that they have called me 4 times and that If I didnt call them back I was ignoring this debt, So of course I called them back as I am wanting to work something out with th

Where or how you do you find out if the online payday loan company is licensed in your state?

I recieved a call from these people stating that my case was getting ready to be downloaded to my local courthouse for nonpayment. They siad it was From Global Payday Loans. I don't remember taken a loan with this company and definately never received an amount that they are stating I di receive. I am afraid to send these people money but I also do not want to go to court. When I called them back to set up payments the automated message that answers states if you received a summons please call another number. Has anyone every delt with these people?

I got a voicemail message from ics and i could have sworn that the person was walking outside and calling me from another cellphone. And they didnt have a foreign accent they sounded like an american. Has anyone else had this experience?

Anyone heard of these guys? I just got a pre-approved credit offer and I think it's a scam but unsure, tried ripoff.com and their search engine isn't working right, right now(keeps telling me to try back in 2-3 minutes) I'm not sure I want to accept the offer even if not a scam, but would like to know for sure, and let others know also if it is a scam.

Things just keeping worse with these CA. All of a sudden they seem to be all caling at the same time. Now i am receiving calls from allied interstate. I've received two in the last day. Its a recorded message. It doesn't even say who they are looking for. I've read the horror stories about this CA and don't look forward to dealing with them.
