I am finally getting all this pdl stuff kind of under control but I need the address to these companies. I look on the site but there are so many different ones that I don't want to give the consolidation company the wrong ones. Below is a response that I received from Nationwide when I continuously as for validation as they had been withdrawing from my account since October until the bank fina amounts, which the bank would not close the account when I requested, nor put a stop on the auto withdraws until it was finally $2100 overdrawn and they closed my account and turned it over to a collection agency. If you request something in writing aren't they suppose to respond. I sure would not wand only verbal correspondence with this place. We cannot correspond by email, I must speak to you directly.

Hello board members, I'm currently in the process of trying to clean up my credit report, mainly concentrating on debts that are still within the sol period and pretty much what i can afford to pay off. Lately I was able to get 5 incorrect items deleted from my experian report, still waiting on transunion and equifax to get back to me. Seems like those 5 things being deleted push my score up a bit because now i'm getting pre approve offers in the mail for home loan. I'm interested in getting a home, but wanted to take care of some negative stuff first, to get a better interest rate.

I've recently been divorced (2002) and I pay child support in excess of half my monthly earnings. I've recently managed a loan through my credit card company and the monthly installment is more than I can handle at this time along with my other bills. I'm seeking some help with this matter as I'm newly married and this is a burden to my new wife as much as it is to me.

I was doing great with my debt, before I lost my job November of 05. I have been trying to get back on my feet, but most of my credit cards are 3-4 hundred dollars over limit, and mostly fee charges. I dont know what to do> I am getting Married May of 06 and I would like to try to get this resolved before then... Hello, I have about 30k in unsecured debit including credit card and installment loans. The interest rates have been increased due to a debit to income ratio the creditors did not considering my fiance and I jointly pay the bills. I have gotten two of the credit card companies to reduce by 50% interest which is still 17%. If this debit were a vehicle the payment would only be $600-$700 a month instead they are over $1200 seperatly and I can't get a debit consolidation loan without a house to secure the loan.
