I made an arrangement (via email) with PD6 Ventures/Express Cash to make a payment of $50 today toward the outstanding amount I owe them. Today, I have an amount of $571.25 comingo out of my checking account by Geneva Roth. Does anyone know if PD6 Ventures/Express Cash uses Geneva Roth for collection? The phone number my bank gave me to contact Geneva Roth (816-881-8250) just rings -- no answer. The bank can't stop this payment from coming through my account and it's going to cause all sorts of bouncing of other items that are being paid.

I have been receiving threatening calls on a account that my husband had with Capital One. I sent them a validation letter and all they sent me was a another statement with what I owe and not broken down to amounts and where they got this figure. The messages they leave are really nasty. Don't that have to validate this debt? They leave threatening messages. Any advise would be appreciated.

I've been getting calls at my house (unlisted), my cell phone (blocked w/ caller ID) and my work (not sure how they found out!). I think this is harassment. I've heard horrible things about them. How can we attract their attention? Can we form a news media group, which can call up different news media for publicity. I won't be surprised if they call 3 or 4 debtcc members for an interview concerning MMG. Tintin

I have read so many stories on this website about all of us (that's right, I'm one of us) that have a million payday loans and how we can't pay our bills and we're going to get the law to help us....yada yada yada....... I am just curios, Has anyone here survived the payday loan nightmare??? Has anyone payed them off and lived happy ever after? Just wondering. :?
