I have read so many stories on this website about all of us (that's right, I'm one of us) that have a million payday loans and how we can't pay our bills and we're going to get the law to help us....yada yada yada....... I am just curios, Has anyone here survived the payday loan nightmare??? Has anyone payed them off and lived happy ever after? Just wondering. :?

Please respond ANY MEMBERS WITH T&C , that has had success with t&c via-dell financial service. Im QUITE aware that t&c will say yes as they have told me several times. Collection agency is calling repeatedly and demand pymt and state that they do not deal with consolidation and debt mang. co. nor debt settlement co. My cr report stills says dell financial service but a collection co. is still calling demanding pymt. Im afraid im gonna have to pull out from t&c with my dell account and leave the other accounts credit cards with t&c Heres my ?? 1- who do i believe ca or t&c ?

I, like many others at this site, went payday loan crazy. I have finally come up with the money to pay them "ALL" off! :D However, I have no contact information for one of them. I had one phone call from them, but the message was accidentally deleted and I have never heard from them again. They just keep taking their good old money out of my bank account. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone had any contact information for this company. I don't know the exact name, but on my bank statement, it shows up as 'Ambassador Collection'.......

I want to clear my debt. I am aprox. 2000.00 in debt, not a whole lot but it is hard to get the lump sum to payoff. I would like to pay it off and start building up my credit again. Thanks for your help.

How much would I have to pay a month to clear up my debt.

I have 7 payday loans and would like to try to pay them off one by one...does anyone know how i can do this. I now know what kind of trouble you can get into with these, and will never do this again. Someone please help

Is there any debt management companies that don't charge fees or beginning amt for them to start account?

OH! thanks in advance!!   carol holgerson's situation anonymous 19 years 1 month ago i have a cash call loan with a balance of about $2500. there is also unpaid rent for a studio apartment totaling about $2100 and the balance of a credit card is about $2200 as well. there are a few payday advances from about nov. of 2005 out as well. all of these debts were accumulated because of a boyfriend at the time. he didnt have the credit so everything was put into my name. now i dont make enough money alone to pay my regular monthly bills and the balances of these other debts.
