My husbands credit score is only 540. We have a personal loan and a vehicle loan that both have never ever been late. As far as bad credit he has about 300 in medical bills, a 400 alltel bill and 400 other little bills here and there. We do have an old phone bill that is on the report for over $800 dollars but the kicker is that the phone company eft the phone on for 6 months after we moved and told us it was off so we are protesting it. There is also stuff that was late at one time but is now completely paid on there.

Has anyone had any experience with them? They are supposed to be calling me by tomorrow to see if they can help me. Do they do the Payday loans? This website referred me to them. i'm just wondering if they're the best company for those type of loans.?

My husband passed away a little over a year ago. He had been laid off from his job of 30 years since Jan. 2002. He had been unable to find a job due to health problems and when he passed away he had no life insurance. So, I was left to pay for everything on my salary alone. I get no income from Social Security because he was not old enough. So far, I have lost my car and am in serious jeopardy of defaulting on my mortgage. I get calls every day, several times a day from collectors, both at home and at work.

I have been approved for a short loan through aip( american international processing) i would like to get some feed back on what it's like to deal with them, what their loan amounts are. Etc. Can anyone help?

Growing up, I was never taught how to manage money correctly. My mom worked for a bank and I basically got anything I wanted. Any monetary trouble I got into, she pulled me out of with loans or something. When I got out on my own, my checking accounts were ALWAYS negative. I married a great person, had a beautiful son and my life fell apart. We agreed that my husband would pay all of the bills and notes and whatnot and I'd buy groceries. I fell into a vicious cycle and began writing checks to myself from his checking account into mine.

I have two charges on my bank account. The one from FTR I finally figured out. But there's one on my statement that says RIO RESO and my bank is unable to tell me who is taking my money! Can someone there help me please?

I entrusted somebody a while back and let them cash a couple checks onto my account and not relizing that it would hurt me in the end. It turns out that the checks bounced and were charged onto my account. I attend college and i cannot afford two large credit card bills due to me having to cover for the negative funds in my bank account. If there is a way to consolidate my cards onto one low monthly payment, that would be very helpful. Thank you, Matthew Langston
