I received a letter from the above named firm regarding a cell phone account with a company that I have never had either. I was very hesitant to even calling the number listed on the letter. The letter did demand full payment of an amount that I do not owe for any cell phone service. I plan to call the BBB and credit respiratory including take the letter to my attorney and let him review it. Thanks, Ttotally

I have a question---when I sign in here, at the top of the page it always lists the number of members. And it changes daily it seems. Now I know those can't all be active members can it? I was just curious and wondered if anybody else notices how the number changes all the time.

Midland Credit put something on my credit that is not mine. It was supposed to be on my fathers, how do I fix their mistake that screwed up my credit?

I have credit card, collections debt and I cant open a checking account, because I owe money to banks. I want some one to work with me so I can open a checking account with in the next few months, that is the debt I want paid off first? I am doing some past research from last year and was curious if anyone can tell me anything about a company creditprotection loan. That is how the debit came across by bank statements.
