I was looking up information on the company asset acceptance, they seemed a little werid when I was speaking to them, so one thing how they got my phone number it's not under my name, that's the first, everytime I call the same man answers and his voice is also on the the auto answer saying someone will be right with you, I do owe the debt it is from 2000 when I was in high school and of course will soon fall off!

we owe 10,000 on my husbands car and about 1,000 on my van which is in need of repair and my 3yr old daughter needs 3,000 worth of surgery the insurance is helping with the rest and i need to get my van fixed which is about 1,200 would we be able to get a consolidaton loan? and what if my husband traded his car in after we go the loan how would that work?

Hey those of you that have blogs... How fast are you all racking up money with the Google Adsense? I guess I just need to be patient, but I've had it for 2 months now, and have only made $13...none of which I can touch because it had to get to $100 before they send you anything...at this rate, I'll have $100 in about a year and a half! :shock:

These are the people that said they are plaza process -- couldn't give me anymore information. They called from 613-226-4730 and when I listened to my voicemail -- the guy name Dave Jones said this is regarding a business matter and to call him back at 800-392-4028 ext 108. Did not tell me where he is from and what this is about. I talked I have put in the threat before about my issue -- I was contacted by another person name Barry Dawson - and said that I need to pay $602 but he can start with payment arrangement -- I stated this is in regards to a payday loan.

this is kim it shows as guest but now i'm registered. if he works for the state can they garnish or anything if he does not pay timely.

my husband has about 6 payday loans. 4 on the internet and 3 that are here in ms. what i need to know is if there is any way to stop the reborrowing fees and just pay the loans off. i just want one set amount and not have to worry about getting them sent through my bank over and over again even though they are being paid on. also the companies are gfsil, ambassador, ics, payday select that are the online ones. i can probably just go in the store with others. thanks.

Ok, so, it's been 3 months since I've been with T&C. 2 months since I've dealt with these people. And they continue to haunt me! I went to put gas in my car this morning before work...and my debit card was declined! I KNOW I had AT LEAST $50 in there last night, because I withdrew $20 at the ATM. So, I went into my bank account, and there was a debit on it for $63.95 to my OLD account that I had closed when I signed up with T&C. There was a strange debit on that account back in April for $60.

Company/Individual reported: First Credit of America/John Taylor/Andre Martin This company has called me repeatedly at work up to 7 times in 10 minutes. Threatened me with arrest. Everytime I tell them not to call me at work and hang up they immediately call back. Yesterday John Taylor called me at least 7 times in a row screaming at me to het HR or a manager on the phone. I finally got my supervisor who is a very nice and understanding person and he asked her for the fax number. I think I should get an attorney involved. Didnt he break alot of laws?

I received a settlement letter from a company regarding a credit card debt. It's finally something that I can handle and take care of. My question is this, I am sending them an Agreement to Compromise Debt to sign, saying what the amount is agreed upon and so forth. Should I let them sign first or should I just go ahead and sign? Thanks.
