I've done tons of personal research as to how I am going to reconcile $50,000 of unsecured CC debt (Citibank, Chase, and United Mileage Plus). I have been enrolled with Credit Solutions of America for the past 3 months and am sooo dissatisfied with their help that I want to get all my money back from them. I have contacted Mezey & Associates which is a Law firm that negotiates debt settlement. Has anyone heard of them?

I was recently contacted on 7-13 by an Allied representative regarding a defaulted student loan. He denied me the opportunity to make flexible payments by monthly intervals. He also insisted on automatic withdrawals with my checking account. I refused his requests until today when I requested my debt information from the creditor in full along with a written payment agreement. He said he would send me the debt information. However, when we negotiated the payment agreement, He insisted on me paying the accumulated interest in full before I make monthly payments.

does anyone have any information on united cash loans?? are they legal in north carolina??? they are calling my family members and threatning to process me???

Well MyCashNow/CreditProtectionDepot has started sending the nasty emails. I have an outstanding balance of 395 Principle with them. However after reviewing my previous 12 loans with them and the fees (which are above va allowed) and rollovers and the fact they have no license to operate/loan to va resdients, I sent them one back based on Pollys letter (thanks for all that great info) and have offered to settle with them with a paid in full status. After adding up the fees from the 12 loans plus half of this one...they have more than made their money back and still gotten a hefty profit.

I got a call from Superior Debt Services today.I talked to Dan. he was real nice. What I want to know is this a good company to deal with. He ask me to fax him a copy of my credit report. should I do that?

Received at call at my job and was told that I owed money to Moneyline and I had closed my account and would be charged with writing a bad check. Help! I don't want to send money to these people and then be asked years down the line for more money.
