here is my situation any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated. I have medical bills from a car accident 1 year ago that I had no insurance to cover. I was making payments through holloway collections and told them I could not pay more than $75/month. I get a letter this weekend from Holloway and Moxley Law Firm (still debt collection) saying if I dont pay in full then I will be sued. I had gotten the bill down from $1200 to $900 but according to this letter they added an attorny fee of $332. That threw my bill back up to where I started. I want to pay it off but what can I do.

After reading I see that most of you understand my situation. I got myself into too many payday loans and now I am suffering. I have one that I did not pay last week and they deposited my check and it bounced of course. The store told me it will now be handled by their collections department. What normally happens. I will not be able to pay the total at one time. Will they normally let you make payments of some sort? The place is called The Cash Store and it is located in Texas. If you make agreement with credit card companies to make settlement and they agree, like you owe 10.000.00 and they settle for 3800.00 do you have to claim the difference as income? Help desperate in North Carolina. This was due to illness and being diabled

He had some debts from 5-8 years ago when he lived in North Carolina on some credot cards,maybe that is what it's about...Karen

Hey guys, I'm thinking of participating in a Clinical Research Study for "up to" $3000...and I don't know much about them...if they're safe, legit, or what. where to begin? i guess it started about four or five months ago. my wife and i had some PDL's out and then we paid them all off. after the last one was paid off we took out another one. i was suppose to pay that one off but instead i used my own judgement and just paid the interest. so instead of letting her know i kept it from her. so to cover my tracks i thought i could get another one out and try to pay the other one off. needless to say it didn't work, so one turned into two, three, four. it is now up to ten.

Talked to T & C today and they have heard back from 4 of my creditors 3 of the fours so far that have responded accepted the proposal but HSBC did not Wondering what will happen with that one now will T & C negotiate this with them since they want more money a month?
