OK NCO called today and said I have 48 hours to pay 1800 to them or they will take me to court and then I will owe 6000.. I have baddddd credit .. I dont have 1800 I am barely makeing it now... my soon to be wife has no credit and cant get a loan for me what do I do?

Does anyone have the mailing address for Reliance One.....a debt collector..........I want to send them a do not call letter.

so i got a letter yesterday from a CA for an old, old medical bill that, quite frankly, i never received. I called the hospital and the doctors that be (or whomever) rattled off dates they sent me this bill. Well, I definitely never got any. I do keep track of bills!! Long story short, they refuse to take it out of collection. The collection amount is the actual amount I owe. I am going to send the CA $30 a month... but I read not to send them a check because they'll know your bank account info. But if I send a money order, how would I know if they cashed it?

Anybody that has defaulted with either of these, how do they go about collecting? Do they call at work, email, u.s. mail, or what? How bad will they harass you?

It's either RELIANCE or Alliance one, i think it's RELIANCE ONE. does anyone have their mailing address...........i want to send them a do not call letter. Thanks

Okay I just got a call from Payday at work. This guy was crazy and told me he will be contacting my employer to "verify" my information. They also said they will take me to court. I told him I doubted that, and then he said something about a wage assignment. I told him I would revoke it, and then he said "Well not if it's through court". I told him they wouldn't go through a court. He also said that he would put it on my credit report. Are they seriously going to do a wage assignment. I'm going to call my HR department. i have roughly 15000 in unsecured debt but some of it is student loans with great interest rates i don't want to give up! do i have to surrender all debt to cosildate?
