Does anyone know if there are any other PDL consolidation companies than T & C out there? I am not unhappy with them, i was just wondering.

I justed recieved a call from a Russ Crenshaw, a Director representing United Federal Bank. Stating that my file would be turned over to the county court house, because of check fraud and I will be arrested tomorrow. I was trying to work out a payment arrangement with Arrowhead Investment, a Internet Payday Loan

I was contated by united legal and was told they would send my information to the local authorities if i did not pay the amount owed. I sent them a payment for 400 dollars and have not yet received any reciept as promised. Can then send my information to local authorities to process a criminal action against me?

Can someone please advise me. I just got a call from these people and they said they were sending the authorties at my place of work to get me. These people are out of Jacksonville Florida and are thretening me with jail and everything. They are saying something about an affidavit of Theft by Conversion.
