Can ameriloan based in Nevada, and I'm in another state, prosecute me for some chumped up charges?

I joined yesterday, and im waiting for a call through this site, but i have been reading alot about payday loan consolidation, and the name T&C keeps coming up that they do consolidations on payday loans, i need some information, because this is our main problem, my husband owes 6 payday loans, and we are not able to keep up on our other bills, because of this. could someone, please, please give me the information on T&C.

Who in the world is Jason from ASG, and why does he call several times a day, from unavailable #s, restricted #s, and I even got a phone call from him on 716-564-4905. He sounds very stern and states his name, company, and that he has a very urgent and important issue to discuss with me. I screen my calls, NEVER answer an 800 # (since I'm working to get the debt under control with a dmp)...then listen to the voicemails, if they are left. It's getting irritating, and I'm a little nervous, but refuse to call him back.

My husband has 6 payday loans out that we are unable to keep paying, i registered yesterday, but I havent received a ohone call yet, I have been reading past posts that everyone has been writing about and i was wondering, is someone could please help me out, i keep reading the name T&C , could someone please give me their address, phone number anything, my husbands loans are due next friday, and we need some help fast. thank you so much Angela

I called to pay a bill I owed to Cingular Wireless and I set up 2 payments for the total bill. One on Jun 1 2006 and the other on jul 7. they processed the second one on June 30 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, it was supposed to be the 7th of July. It overdrew my bank account $160, is there anything I can do, I called allied interstate and they were rude, refused to let me talk to a supervisor and the second lady I talked to told me "to get a life and pay my bills on time and I would not have this problem" those were her exact words.

I have been reading alot of peoples messages and wanted to know is there anyone that could give me the name, address, phone number or what ever to consolidate all of my payday loans? I am new here and I am still waiting for the phone call from here to speak to someone. Hi there. I'm hoping you can help me. I came across your post about Gerald E. Moore. I have just been contacted by someone at his office. They told me I had 2 choices.. 1) pay in full or 2)pay in two installments. They also told me I HAD to do either a "check by phone" or debit. I told them NO WAY. I sent them a "validation letter" today (certified). My question is... I am also from New Jersey. I was wondering if you could send me any info you have regarding GEM not having jurisdiction in our state?

I received a call today from an unknown caller, then they left a message to call 1-888-845-0146, is anyone familiar with this number.
