Hello! I just signed up with T&C. I'm looking at the contract and according to that I will be on the plan 40 months. The balance on my biggest credit card is 8,000. They show payment amount will be 50 dollars. 50 dollars x 40 months does not equal 8,000. Can someone help me understand how this works?

After threatening to report them to the BBB, FTC and other agencies Interim Cash Limited is working with me on payment arrangements. They are willing to settle for $300. At first they wanted me to make four payments of $100. After I couldn't make that first payment they called today and this new arrangement has been made. I would really like to see this one put behind me. I told them that I wanted a letter stating that the loan had been paid in full in accordance to our aggreement. They said they would send an email but I told them I wanted a piece of paper stating that.

I forgot to mention in my previous post, the loan company threatening is with legal action is United Cash Loans. They put all 3 loans we had with their other companies-Ameriloan, One Click Cash, and United-into one big balance. The loans are from last year and like I said, the bank acct has long since been closed. does anyone have any experience with them and what they do for legal action? and again, I'm in Florida. I dont know if they can have us arrested or just try to sue us

me agin i forgot to ask ? since i and roomate are joint on our home/property and joint on credit cards and home depot cards can we file for bk as joint even though we are not married and total household income is 1600.00 SSI AND SS and also our home is listed forsale at 169.000 and the property taxes paper says assess. value on land is 27k and 7k on the mobile which is a 1963. we have it listed at 169.00 because of all the home improvements.

I did a search but didn't find much info on GFSIL. I emailed them letters wanting to make payment arrangements but stop fees according to Texas law. I have a voice mail saying I need to call them back & talk to them. Has anyone dealt with them so I know what to expect before I call them back?

my husband and I had a few online payday loans that we couldnt repay and they started debiting fee after fee from our bank aact and it was closed. Now we've been making small payments to one company at at time. We got a phone call from one company today threatening legal action if we didnt pay the balance in full by tomorrow. We live in Florida. can we be prosecuted in criminal court if we cant pay them?any help is appreciated! thanks~

Does anyone recommend a company for homeowners insurance that accepts poor credit? Mine is 537 :( I am in the process of buying a new home, and I was able to get the mortgage, but now the "normal" insurance agencies are not taking me on b/c of my score :shock: Help!! ??

I have a pdl with Sonic payday. They are referring my acct to Universal Fidelity. What is this company like. Does not sound good. Will they do wage garnishments or will they work with me on making payments? Do they attached high fees. This is my first time. I am very concerned. Anyone out there have any suggestions.
