When it rains it pours, It's like the collectors have a radar and they decide to hit you all at once. I just received a call from UCB on behalf of my Sears card that was sold to Citibank. They said my time was very limited and that I needed to pay this by tomorrow or else other actions were going to be taken. They said Citibank is not going to accept any proposals from my debt management program. They said they are going to send Employment verification to my employment. That seems kind of embarrassing, I don't need my place of emplyment knowing I have financial problems.

I have a loan with Nationwide. I stopped payment at the bank last week because I didnt know who ambassador collections was. There was no number attached to the ACH. I have paid $700 on a $300 loan so far. I called them after recieving an email. Needless to say they were very rude. I want the account marked paid in full. They told me that they don't have to follow the laws of my state(texas). I have read on here that Mr. Williams their attorney doesn't exist. Is that true? I thought about sending him a certified letter. How could he sign for it?

I took out a loan with mycashnow for 610 dollars and I have not been able to pay them more than finance so far and I just signed up with T & C so hopefully the fees will go down but now they tell me that I owe them 983.00 for a 610 loan that I have already paid 200 in finance to them for, NEVER NEVER AGAIN DO PDLS But I dont understand the usuary laws here to know if they are charging me to much as well or how to figure that

I have a question. I've recently discovered that the SOL here in FL for credit cards is four years. Now does that mean that it has to come off my credit reports at four years or does that just mean that the companies can't legally charge me anymore for those accounts? To my understanding the debts stay on my reports 7 years no matter what right? Thanks for any help. It's obvious I'm new to all of this. lol

I've talked about this before, but now I've actually dealt with a person on the phone instead of information in a credit report. My boyfriend has an unpaid utility bill from 2000 in WA State (I know the SOL has expired, but it's not tooo much and he'd prefer to pay it rather than have it on his record for years to come). So, back to the situation, he told the collection company that called him (only after pulling his report after 6 years of no contact from them) that I would be his contact regarding this matter. So I call them back to request a validation letter.

Has anyone here heard of this company or used them for auto loan?

1-TJF Corp has been debiting my checking account for $75 every two weeks for six months! I've tried finding a phone number or address via Google and the BBB website, but can't figure out who they are or how to contact them. I've even asked my bank--they have to know where they're sending the money, right? They refused to give me any information. I'm having massive problems with my bank. They've also refused to put stop payments on charges from one click cash and united cash loans. But that's another post, I suppose...

I received a call from IC systems a couple of weeks ago regarding my Orchard Bank Credit Card. I was arranging to make a pyament with them, but when the date came up I expressed to them that I have never received anything from them in regards to this debt and that I am still recieving statements from Orchard Bank. My credit report is showing HSBC, which I have never received anything from them either in regards to this debt, this was just put on my credit report.

Hello, I received a call from this number on my answering machine...it was an automated, British woman's voice telling me to call and gave a reference number.....when I called back the same voice answered and did not identify the company, just that a rep would be with me shortly. I hung up and googled the number and came up with nothing. Does anyone recognize this number? I appreciate your help, have a great day! Blessings, Melissa
