I found a pretty good definition for the term harassment that would go along time lines of the definition of collection harassment. Company/Individual reported: Prime Time Lending We signed final loan docs with Prime Time Lending in Anaheim, CA and the loan never closed. Meanwhile we accrued late fees on our current loan because we thought the loan was done. And, now they won't return phone calls, emails or faxes. Don't do business with them!

I keep getting emails from a William Schleppi regarding a supposed loan I have with these folks. Well now he's gone too far. I have repeatedly sent validation letters to this guy because I don't think I have ever had a loan with these people, so I want validation. He just ignores me and this last letter he told me "I don't possess ALL the necessary payment information to prevent further action." Then he proceeds to tell me that I have committed THEFT by taking the funds. I am laughing because he just hung himself on the THEFT comment because it's in writing.

I just got an email from the manager from my bank saying that he may be turning over my account to the fraud department bc there were so many debit's and no money in the account. I have asked them many number of times to shut down the account and they haven't now it is 3,000 dollars negative and i am working with t and c to start my program and my bank is one of the people i am going to be paying back using t and c. I need help... someone please help me!!!

My mother received a call from someone at Nationwide Credit. He apparently pulled her credit report and named two credit cards she could use to pay him and his company. I called and spoke with the receptionist requesting the address and this is what she gave me: Nationwide Credit Inc. 2015 Vaughn Road Building 400 Kennesaw, Georgia 30144 First, is this a legitimate address for this company?

What state does the statute of limitations apply to if you move around? I have moved 5 times in the last 5 years, living in 4 different states. These guys have been after me for a payment for like a month now, I kept telling them to look for the proposal, sign it and they will get their money and they just received a proposal from T & C and they DENIED IT! Denying the proposal is not the way your going to get your money! I swear they are just putting this account more and more deep just to put more fees on my account! What is their deal?
