Check N Go Corporate/CEO

12 years 11 months ago
Hello, does anyone have an email contact for someone at the corporate level or CEO for Check N Go? I'm trying to find out what payment options might exist on an installment loan. Its not a PDL so I can't do the EPP, they have already told me that. I'm trying very hard not to default since Check N Go reports to teletrack and the mortgage industry and recently begun checking teletrack for people applying for mortgages.

Lien

Hi, I had an IRS lien on my credit file. I satisfied this with the IRS and received proof from the IRS. I submitted this to all 3 credit bureau. Two removed it and Equifax refused to remove it. They informed me that it was filed with the court where I live and I should contact them. I did that and the court have no record of it. I sent another letter to them explaining this and still they are refusing to remove it. Help!

Multiple loan help

12 years 11 months ago
I have three outstanding loans, one with Magnum Cash Advance (paid $284 on a $300 loan) and two with Zip19 (outstanding $599.90 on a $500 loan, and $698.90 on $550 loan). My question is this - I have been caught in a cycle of loaning and reloaning with these two "vendors" since August of last year.

PDL Hell Hope

I live in CT and I found myself in PDL Hell. 12 PDLs and no way to pay them. I was ashamed, frustrated, scared and desparate. I tried to contact each PDL to make extended payment arrangements so I could afford to pay them and to pay my other bills at the same time. Then I found this WONDERFUL forum !!!!!! I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. It is taking a bit of time and a lot of hard work but last night i was finally able to get a good night sleep. Thanks to the info I recieved on here I found that PDLs ar PROHIBITED in the state of Connecticut.

Threating to send to collection agency

I will be filing these complaints between today and tomorrow. This is the most recent email I received from them. We respect a consumer who researches the services to which she uses. With that being said when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan, it would have behooved you to read the complete contract you agreed to with St. Armands. You are a citizen of New Jersey, however the contract was not made in New Jersey.

Distance learning debt

12 years 11 months ago
Dear Forum, I ask you kindly to help me somehow in this matter. Less than one month ago I enrolled for a distance learning course consisting of four A level subjects. Every month I have to pay $400. The whole course is one year. I paid for July only. My life circumstances have changed unpredictably. And now I'm not able to pay for the whole course. That is why I decided to drop it. I wrote them several times asking for cancellation (not refund or money back). The only response was: 'You are no longer within our 7 day cancellation period'.
