hi if anyone can shed a little light on this it would be a big help. I have a few payday loans and have reached the point where I cannot pay the extension fees for theses loans. I am willing to set up a payment plan of say about 50 a month for each account. I would like to know what happens when you do not have your bank accont active and they cannot collect there fees. Will I be taken to court? Will they try to garnish my pay? I have no idea what they do when you can't pay.

Well, I got an updated report from eqifax yesterday and they deleted three accounts and updated one to current, paid as agreed. My score went up a little, but I am no ways near 600 yet. One was Calvary Portfolio. They reported for a sprint cell phone that was paid in full 2 years ago and I sent equifax proof of the paid in full and they deleted it. Then Discover was showing delinquent and it was discharged in chapter 7 and they deleted that one also. Third one was Sears card that was paid in full back in 2000 and they reported late 60-90 days in April 2006.

Does anyone have their website info or phone number? I see a lot of you have used them to help you with pdl's and credit cards. I want to consolidate but I don't have a bank account. Will they still work with me?

Hello: I received a letter from asset acceptance llc telling me I owe for two credit cards I had from National City Bank when I was in college that each had a limit of 1000. Now they tell me I owe 2900 on one and 2400 on the other. These cards were from 1991 and charged off in 93 however I paid them via a collection agency in 98 or 99 because I wanted to make my debt good. Since it was so long ago, I have lost any records of who and where I paid it.

My GF has a judgement levied at the courthouse for payment of a credit card. My GF is not financially able to pay. She does not even have a job. Can chapter 7 eliminate the judgement?

Please tell me how to check my credit report to see if the company I sent a DV to, is not reporting something incorrectly. I have already gotten my free yearly credit reports from the three agencies.

I just received a call this evening regarding one of my credit card accounts (HSBC)and they said they have not received a proposal from T&C regarding my account. Some of my other creditors and PDLs have already received the proposals and accepted. Does it seem unusual that HSBC would not have received theirs? Or is this a collection tactic? I did email T&C and asked them to call HSBC, but I just thought it was strange that said they hadn't received anything. Has anyone else had this experience with T&C or creditors?

Hi, I live in Michigan and last summer I decided to turn in my nearly paid-off car and get a newer one. I had found my dream car, but the payment became my Nightmare, and my financial downfall. After I got the new car I also got three new credit cards soon after. I started having problems paying all my bills and the new car payment so then I started getting online payday loans. The payday loans are the worst. I regret doing them the most of all. I've been contacted by the famous Jacoby and myors, or whoever there going by these days and because of that call I found this forum.
