How long does it usually take before a collection agency will come after you with a judgement? Zwicker & Associates told me that they will take me to court the end of the month if my balance isn't paid in full. They have only had my account since the beginning of May.

I am receiving numerous calls daily from allied interstate, starting early in the morning and ending just before 9. I spoke with an employee who was very rude to me and threatened me repeatedly, he went as far as to call me a fraud because I was a student and then hung up on me after saying I was going to be sued. Allied is even calling my mother's ecll phone daily, even though she has told them that I do not live with them. Is it legally for Allied to threaten me and harass my mother?

I finally won! I just filed a complaint with the BBB in PA this morning. I wonder if that's what did it? Or maybe the letter Tammy sent me was the magical trick!?! Either way, it's been DONE!

Company/Individual reported: DebtXS This is the worst company ever. They will take your money for the retainer but then do nothing for you. Stay away from these guys
