Hey guys I just chked my junk e-ml folder & I have en e-ml from ameriloan on 05-09-06 advising they were going to refund me $145!!!! Yippeeee......problem is they said they were going to credit my bank acct. Well duhhh, I have closed that one. Does anyone have a phone number for them. I am not giving them my new acct#. Just wanted to ask for it to be mailed. Lisa

How long does it usually take before a collection agency will come after you with a judgement? Zwicker & Associates told me that they will take me to court the end of the month if my balance isn't paid in full. They have only had my account since the beginning of May.

I am receiving numerous calls daily from allied interstate, starting early in the morning and ending just before 9. I spoke with an employee who was very rude to me and threatened me repeatedly, he went as far as to call me a fraud because I was a student and then hung up on me after saying I was going to be sued. Allied is even calling my mother's ecll phone daily, even though she has told them that I do not live with them. Is it legally for Allied to threaten me and harass my mother?
