i just got a letter from my creditor saying they are not recieving payments from DCC! anyone else having this problem? i have money auto withdrawn from my account.. they told me if i miss another payment then im gonna get booted from the debt consolidation program and i will start from square one!!!

:?: I have a question. I have a debt with ATT wireless. I had opened the account in july of 2000. the account was closed as of Dec. 2003. Palisades got the account in april 2004 and when I looked at my credit report it showed that i owed a balance of 1,637.00. Last month I was checking my credit account and it showed another collection agency of Cavalry Portfolio, and the were collecting under Cingular Wireless which I never had an account with. Since I know that ATT had emerged with Cingular.

I keep getting calls from an 800-741-2100 number. On top of that the guy left this one message that said oh baby, baby, baby. the other times he has asked that I call him back concerning a 60.00 payment i sent them but he doesn't say who he is with.

Just tried to call them, they are closed from 1-2pm CST daily....wonder what's up with that? Think they're busy or something??

Has anyone had any dealings with this payday loan company? Let me tell you what happened with them. I applied for a loan on a Thursday. They said they charged a $15.00 processing fee. The fee was immediately deducted from my checking account on Friday morning. After 3 days went by and I never heard from them, I sent an e-mail and they replied that my loan was denied because of one or more of 10 different reasons. None of the reasons were even true. So, this place is a scam - they get your $15.00 (nonrefundable of course) and you never get a loan.
