Has anyone dealt with this company before? Just curious, I'm fixin' to go to battle, wondered if anyone had any luck?

I just received a call from them after sending "the letter" 4 times. She said she had been trying to email me back and it wasnt coming through. Out of the 500 dollars they were trying to collect I have to pay $160.00. I am putting a money order in the mail on Friday. This just rocks. They will be gone. Out of 5 PDL's, I only have 2 left. 500fastcash and Advance America. I am going to pay off Advance America being that they are a storefront lender and I have to see these people around town, I figure it is to my advantage to pay them off. 500fastcash, I just now have sent the letter.

I got an alert today.. My score was 509... It is now... 539! YIPPEE! Gotta keep plugging along though! I just signed up for the truecredit three in one monitoring service that Mary uses--So far I like it..I've been mainly concentrating on Equifax, but have been neglecting Transunion and Experian. Those are still 501 and 503. Gotta get those up there! :)

I live in NC and I have about 4 PDLs that I have defaulted on. I have changed bank accounts and stopped direct deposit into my old accounts. I live in NC, where I am reading that PDL are illegal. What is the most that can happen to me if I do not call T and C and do nothing? Of the PDLs that I have, 3 of them are fairly new and so I would like to deal with them. But ICS and Epayday have been debiting 89 and 90 dollars respectively from my accounts since december, so I don't want to even deal with them. Any suggestions?

anyone know the wi laws? also if a payday lender isn't licensed in your state, what does that mean? does it mean that's a way out of paying them? or what if you've been paying for longer than a yr.?

i've just received a letter from this place its a collection agency for aim debit(or aim fast cash). it just says my acct. w/ aim as been forwarded to them and so on. in writhing it says this customer is under investigation. what does that mean? me? or aim? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

You guys I am so upset, I just found out my gas is shut off to my house. I couldn't pay it because of this stupid payday loan mess I got in. They want $750 to get it going again & I don't know what to do. Do you know if it is my husbands names only can I restart under my name? Add the balance owed to T&C???
