Well, I am taking the BIG STEP today and faxing letters to Quik Payday, United and AIP. Wonder how long it will take to get a response. Wish me Luck!!

I went to cashnet500's website and they have added a long list of stipulations on their loan applications now..This is hysterical! They listed the states they do not loan to, about 5 of them now and a disclaimer that they are a company out of Utah and that if you do not want to abide by Utah laws then do not accept a loan from us! That was definately not on there a few months ago when I took a loan from them...This is getting good. I really think we should all file lawsuits against these crooks, cause they're starting to get scared!!! LOL

anyone know what happens if there not licensed in your state. anyone from wi.? any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

If sued by creditor, and a judgement is allowed, a bankruptcy will cancel the judgement and erase it from your credit report, right?

anyone here of these people? i got a loan from them for approx. 1200. i've so far paid them 1400. and they are saying i still owe them 1298.i am from wi. and they are operating out of sturgeon bay, wi. they also have a office in illinois. any suggestions

Asset is threatening to sue and file for a judgement. If Asset looked at my credit report they would see I am unable to pay my debts. Do collection agencies ever look at credit reports and decide, based on what is reported, if they should sue or not? Is Asset known for getting judgements?
