If i consolidate my credit card bills, will this affect my chances of buying a car?

I owe both the above creditors and Officer Karen Peterson harassed me so bad that she told me an officer was coming to arrest me if I did not Western Union 593.75 or mail a money order for 643.75, I Western Union her 500.00 and I told her I had no money, so she told me they had a 150.00 sluch fund that would cover the rest but I had to get the rest of the money to her before my warrants reached the court.

If a mortgage holder is granted a relief from stay do I still have time to catch up the payments before they foreclose. I received a default notice and I had 14 days to catch payment up, and I did send them they have just not posted to my account yet. The payments had to be sent to the attorneys office. Im not sure what to do. I have called my attorneys office and they said they would contact them. I was behind for march and april and received the default notice on the 14th of april. If anybody has any knowledge of chapter 13s it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. I have been trying for months to get Action Card(Bankfirst) to resolve an account that was paid off in 2003. I am not getting anywhere with them. They give me an 800 number, but in order to speak with someone you have to put in your account number. Which I do, however the # doesn't work because it doesn't exsist anymore. I need this taken care of because it shows on my credit report. Help

Hello Has anyone joined Prosper to try and get a loan before? I have been with my credit union for 9 years..now they have just changed to a bank.. They wouldn't give me a 5000.00 loan even with my car title as collateral. I am very discouraged.

I have a question about pdl fees? If it says 14/60 days then the fees are $75 is that saying that the total should be $75 up to 60 days. here what happened i borrowed $455 from magnum cash advance for a total of 6 weeks/payments my payments are 113.52 a week now is my total fees suppose to be $75 for 14 days or 60 days. or is it suppose to $75 for every 14 days. sorry for the comfusion.

After paying over $3500 in interest last year to them,and reporting them to the AGs office,and then they forgave the $1900 they still said I owed them,which Im very happy about,But after all this,I received an email today from GECC ,letting me know,that as a preferred customer,I now quailfy for a new loan.Unbelivable :lol:
