[FONT=Candara][LEFT]Following is the letter I received from National Payday Loans, after I sent them the 'Illegal Payday' lender letter on this site. I have paid $270 of the $300 principle balanced, am willing to pay the $30 I still owe on the principle. [SIZE=5][/SIZE] Any suggestions on a response would be appreciated.

I have a payday loan I cannot pay at this time. They continue to call me and made me agree to unreachable payments. Can they talk to my HR Department at work and garnish my wages? I am willing to pay but it has to be within my means!

Everyday for the past week a number keeps calling me 772-293-4801. I never answer any number i do not recognize. But when I call it back I get the " You have reacha number that has been disconnected....blah blah blah". But they keep calling me. How can I stop them from calling me? My boyfriend thinks im crazy because he calls it back and it gives him the same answer. I'll just answer it the next time it calls me.

I live in Ohio. I now have five payday or installment loans. The payments are killing me. I am paying so much in finance charges and or interest , I don't know if I am ever going to get out of this circle. They are check n go , cash net , 2 with plain green and vip loan. I have paid vip loan the finance charge many times and am now at the stage where they take 25.00 towards the principal and more on the finance charge. The original loan was only for 500.00. any advice????

This bank and their agents all seem a scam..They keep calling my house phone, mumble a threatening message, and leave a scam number to call back. Again, if they wish to get a call back, shouldn't they leave proper number? 877-695-6444 is a law firm in Texas for divorce, they get WFNB calls frequently. I looked up the real number and spoke with customer service, no one in my family holds any account with them. I have no account, nor does anyone in household. THey demand my SS number to look up my account, address. I feel they are phishing for SS numbers and making up credit cards.

I just got a call from Ace Cash Express' corporate office Cash Advanced. They are saying that if I do not pay the original $650 amount by 4:00 pm. today a warrant for my arrest will be issued and a Sheriff will arrive at my place of employment tomorrow morning to take me to Federal prison. Is this a scare tactic and can they really do this for check writing fraud, as they called it?

I have loans with Unitedcashloans, ameriloan, and AALM (multiloansource) and i was under chapter 13 bankruptcy when I made them. Am Ireqired to repay them? I have been paying on a $300 loan since Jan 2012 and still owe over $200.
