I have about 6 or 7 of those stupid payday loans out there and can't get out of them. They are taking all of my check. Does anyone know where I can get them consolidated? Please help...I am sure there is a place out there somewhere.

I sent a cease and desist letter to cash transfer centers, AKA, sonic/PRL/Northway. If they still contact me, what should I do?

Okay, I just don't know what to do. I am currently overdrawn in my checking account.Payday is not until the 21st of april. I have no where to turn to get my balance in the positive. I am going to be hit with a slew of overdraft charges. I have a family and because of the situation I have gotten myself into I can't even provide for them. I don't know what to do. I needed to vent. I am completely frustrated with credit repair! I have tried the validation process, I have sent numerous letters and just feel trapped! I have contacted the forum here for help via telehone and they cannot help. What I have is not hard, but I need the right direction. I have about 6 outstanding collection accounts that I need to pay and about 8 student loans that have been consolidated that I need to have removed from my crdit report. What can I do????? Here is an e-mail that "Warren Schembs" sent to me today. Which, oddly enough, is about the same time that the BBB has contacted the "company" he works for as a result of complaints filed by myself and several other people who have been harassed by this company. Keep in mind that in my case, I have paid my debt in full. In fact, I overpaid, they refunded part of the amount I sent them for my payoff because I paid so early. Warren Schembs doesn't understand that, and I want him to push this as far as he can.
