If you have an account at a Credit Union and owe money on a credit card there and also have an account at a shared branch, when you file chapter 7 can they freeze the account at the shared branch as well as at the one you have the credit card with?

Hello, i stay in florida and have been getting calls from a supposed law firm representing USA FASTCASH stating that if i didnt pay them 891 dollars for a old loan that they would be sending the sheriff to my house to arrest me. im not sure if the loan has or hasnt been payed seeing as to how its been over 3 to 4 years please help. i offered to pay them 500 dollars but they insisted on the whole 891 that i dont have please help.

I need your advice with this company- where are they located- is there a mailing address-? tks:confused:

my aunt died and shoreline is still sending her bank the ach. the account was closed and several attempts to contact shoreline without success because we dont have account numbers.

I live in the State of Minnesota. I guess I took out a payday loan through Quickest-Payday-Loan.com (MTE Financial). Well They called my ex husbands house on 07/27/2012 and told him that i needed to get ahold of them by 07/30/2012 12:00 PM EST. Because I could be facing fraudulent charges. From the information my ex provided me I had no clue who i was calling and why. Well the loan was for 390.00 now up to 1210.00 with default fees out of the kindness of their hearts :| they knocked off 400.00 but in order to take advantage of this i would need to pay 405.00 immediately.

I settled with zwicker 3 years ago. They were representing discover. They are now trying to collect the rest. The amount of the other CR cards that I did not have to pay did get added to my taxes as income. Not what I expected.
