ameriloan gave out my info to other people and I was put in a hole because of them I took a loan out with them for 100 hundred dollars and pay it in full but they took 1500 hundred dollars out they are scam people but I well not give up the fight I well get my money back and my money from edibetpay they place that ameriloan gave out my info so it in body has in thing that I should know about them pls let me know at Email deleted as per forum rules-Mike

I recieved a bill out of the blue for a suposed contact w/bally total fitness that began in 2002. I never had a membership there but I checked my credit report and it's on there. I see that quite a few people are having the same problem. Any more advice?

So, here it goes. Having a freak out session right now. Don't know why, but I am just having a hard time dealing with all this right now. I just wish I could eliminate this debt and be done with it. I live in an area of this country where the economy sucks. GM and Delphi are big companies in this area and with their troubles they are having, this area can take a huge hit. I want to find a better job that pays more money so I am able to put more money towards paying off my debt. I almost wish someone would just lend me a hand that has a lot of money and give me some money to get rid of this.

Hi all, Please give me some advice. I am being sued by lawyer on behalf of a bank for non payment. Because I don't have a steady job, I've unable to pay the bill. Is there really a way to reduce the payment through negotiations? If so, should I do it with the bank or with the lawyer?? Thanks

Anyones experience with these two companies? I got the loans in California. Just wondering how bad it could get?
