Well, on Friday I officially defaulted on all of my payday loans. The debits did not go through because I changed my account information. Actually ONE did go through after I faxed, mailed and e-mailed the company a letter unauthorizing them to debit my account. Luckily for me, they responded to the request via e-mail and fax threatening to bring charges against me. So I took that information to the bank and filed penalty of perjury complaints against the company. Now I just have to wait for the bank to put my money back into the account. Anybody ever gone through this process?

I live in MI, and on my credit report it states the "Date of last activity" was August 1999, for, this date it is 7 years are these legitimate accounts I can get off my credit report. Thanks

do you guys charge a loan origination fee or any other fee just to do the loan?, and do you charge prepayment penalties

Ok, so about 2 months back I applied for a bad credit loan online from Global Capital Solutions [.com] and OF COURSE it turned out to be a fraudulent company. Now being as I had no money to pay them upfront, they offered a choice of them sending me a check, and me sending a portion of it back as the deposit. I got my check for $3500.00. Put it in my boyfriends bank (suntrust) and IT CLEARED. A few days later, the bank took the money back out, half of which was already spent and his bank account NSF'ed $1600.

My debt is not so big about 2000. how can you help me so I can keep I do not want to get a bad credit report I want to reduce the payments, and the late charges are ridiculos, my husban is been in the hospital for a month and the mail was in hold. So I found out a lot of bills he did not paid before and late charges, collection notices and probably my interned which is necessary for me since I just began a Home Business and I am about to get good results but without my internet I won't be able to increase my income, we are on disability and it is not enough.

my question relates to the place of judgement. i've read where people have to go to court in responce to receiving a judgement. does the collect agency have to have a rep there? how do they do that all over the country? and where would the session be held?

I'm trying to consolidate all of my credit card debt into one loan. I'm paying about 1800/month to credit card debt... I'd rather pay $500 a month, pay tons of interest for 5 years, but save for other things, and be able to spend on other things. Plus, I could always pay more per month. I applied for a loan through lendingtree.com, and they said I should expect a response within a few days. I applied on Wednesday, and they're still "waiting on lender response". Should I be worried? The loan was going to be through MBNA, and it was for $20,000.

I just realized the other day that my bankruptcy will be dropping off my credit report next june.My wife and I also finally got all of our bills caught up, and are beginning to work on cleaning up our credit report. Does any one have any idea what effect it will have on my Credit report next year when the BK drops off and everything is back to having been on time for at least a year?? Just curious.. thanks
