How does your program work to consolidate payday loans

LCS the CA for Macy's is stating that I can not make any payments on my account, the bank will not let them take payments. When I stated I could not pay the account off today or settle the account today, the women I was speaking with became rude and said, then get your self an attorney. What does this mean. I am new to this and Im not sure how to handle this situation.

This afternoon I had the pleasure to do a telephone interview with kalevala316. When I began the interview I expected to discuss her loan with Cash2day. I was surprised, even shocked by what she revealed. The interview is available now at

a very annoying guy from cashtransfercenters has been calling every day and crossed the line and even called work this afternoon :evil: so t&c advised to send a cease and desist and if anyone has a sample letter i sure would appreciate it. :wink:

Hello, I was wondering if there is any company or any way I can find out what loans I currently have outstanding (payday loans). I have several of them but I don't think I even have the agreements or contracts or whatever I signed when I signed up with the companies. I just want to know the balance and name of each loan that is under my name/social security number so this will not be a worry in the future. Thanks

Hello, I was wondering in the midst of all these Payday loan people threatening and calling to make these things a legal matter.... Does any of this get put on the Credit Report? I'm wondering this because if the loan is not paid, they send it to a collection agency and I'm just wondering if they report it on your credit? This would be bad if so because I have several payday loans I have not yet paid and it's been well over 3 months. My credit score is already low as it is but this would hurt more :( Thanks!

How can I pay off 6 payday loans

Has anyone dealt with a company called Atlantic Credit? They called me and my daughter last night and got very ... shall we say ... mean? I told them that I couldn't talk and please give me a phone # whee I could call them back ... meaner and meaner. I finally hung up (I was at a funeral viewing for heaven's sake!) I did call them back and they were even worse ... insulting and very mean! No offers were made to help me with payments just demands.
