I have a credit card with Tribute and have a balance for appr. $700.00. I have had this and am trying to get my debt paid and work at my credit score. I have a lot of negitive stuff on my credit report from these guys. I have been putting money aside and have enough to pay them off. Do I pay them off or can I sometimes get away with a deal with them? Is it possible for them to remove that from my credit report if I pay them off?

Hi, I received a message on my phone stating they were from Progressive and they have received a formal complaint againgt me from Pay Day 1 on line and she needed to get a statement from me because it is here dertermanition if my case goes to court or not depending on what my statement is. Lori is here name then she said that she was already getting my financial "bank info" from USbank. Is it legal for here it get my bank info?? Sounds odd!! This is the first I have heard from this Progressive and about pay Day 1.This is the number she left my to call her back 855-204-9017 ex 502.

They have been calling my work, home, and cell numbers. When they call my job it is a computer giving my full name, a case number and saying "press 0 to make a statement about your case beofre it goes for final review on a legal matter" it then says if you are not me then hang up now. However at home and on my cell they just call about 3 times a day each with no message ever left and with various numbers showing up on the caller ID. I actually was the one who answered the phone at work one day when the computer called and pressed 0 to get some information.

Hi there, I took a $500 loan out from Mambo Cash back in April. Since, then they have done numerous ACH debits. They took $175 April 30, 2012, then May $175, then June 15th $225, June 16th $225. So in July, I was receiving phone calls stating that I still owed $500, when I asked why? They said, that the repayment is $1050 because I had an ACH that was declined.
