I keep seeing on my callerid 636-327-4442. When I do a reverse lookup it pulls up some guys name in Wentzville Mo, When I call it, it says the v-ml is full w/ a name of Harry Palmer really weird....Any suggestions...

hi... i'm reading these horror stories of people going to court... at what stage does this happen? would debt consolidation prevent this from happening? and do people have to go to court because they aren't paying the debt? thanks!

YAY! This has been the longest year of my life...Getting hit by a truck which broke my leg, which kept me from work, which drained my bank account, which got me into the payday loan circus... But I'm done with the doctors, and ready to move on! :) I've got a stack of bills, photos, x-rays, loss of wages report from Human Resources..:) Tomorrow we will get everything together and ready to send to State Farm. My lost wages alone will cover most of my outstanding debt. :) YAY! Wish me luck tomorrow! I'll let you know what happens.

Has anyone heard of Mariners Capital? I got an email from them today saying I am preapproved for a loan of $71,999. I did a web loan application for 2nd Mortgage/debt consolidation back in October 2005 and they are now writing to me. I live in a mobile home in a mobile home park, where I pay lot rent. This doesn't sound right to me. They have property value as $79999 for a 1972 single wide mobile home? When we biought the home the loan was $80.000 (bad credit etc) they say they will work with bad credit and low sscore 500 or less. Just wondering if anyone heard of these people. Thanks.
